The ProstG

The Prostitution Act (ProstG) establishes the legal basis for the remuneration of sexual services.

Restricted Areas Regulations

Restricted Areas Regulations determine where and at what times prostitution may be practiced or is prohibited. In Thuringia, the practice of prostitution is generally prohibited in municipalities with up to 30,000 inhabitants. In larger cities, it may be restricted to certain areas or times by means of Restricted Areas Regulations.
